Vicki Moore is a startup and career advisor at LSET with years of experience in the business and finance industry. She started exploring the business world at a very young age of 13. This early experience created her strong foundation in sales, customer service, people management, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Together, these qualities give her an advantage in a wide range of job roles.

She completed her schooling in 1999 with 9 GCSEs and started an apprenticeship program for a high street travel agency. There, she completed an NVQ in travel, tourism, and customer support. Over the years, she has worked in multiple customer-facing jobs in various Insurance and Financial institutions. This extensive experience in the finance industry made her qualified to be known as a Mortgage and Financial Planning Advisor.

She moved to an FTSE100 company after the 2008 global financial crisis to manage large teams and departments. This experience made her grow expertise in business transformation, process improvement, data management, project conception, delivery regulation, and much more. She has also obtained a Lean/Six Sigma practitioner qualification.
