Faculty Exchange Program

LSET School of Business Management

LSET’s faculty exchange program gives the opportunity to its participants to teach or organize research for a semester at a foreign LSET. Our educators and students with LSET Membership would get experience with a socially varied and diverse faculty, with a prospect to discuss ideas and observe a variety of modern teaching methods.

Our faculty exchange program is a mode to take the best benefits of the diverse faculty at LSET. This program, however, cannot be completed in one day. It takes place slowly and steadily with one or two faculty educators at a time. This is important to ensure the richness and variety of ideas, cultures, thoughts, and styles without the wastage of time and resources.

In order to participate in our faculty exchange program, Foreign institutes and British institutes partnered with the London School of Emerging Technology can create plans for a faculty exchange program. Such a program can give immediate benefit to the educators and students, who will get the chance to learn new concepts and ideas offered in a completely new and different method. Our faculty exchange program gives a great prospect for collaboration among Foreign universities and British institutes. They will be able to develop a strong bond with each other in their concerned departments and become more powerful as a recruitment and retention body.

This faculty exchange program aims to bring members from each of the partner universities to a single platform to effectively collaborate in technical studies and the teaching of various courses. Each educator is expected to travel to our institution. In that session, the educator will need to take the class and attend meetings with other faculty members at LSET to converse about potential future goals and projects. The educators will be given the opportunity to address the LSET community with open lectures, etc. The students will be expecting the educators to organize virtual activities to provide more scope for collaboration and teamwork. We expect the sending institutes to cover the cost of the travel expenses and accommodations for their educators. This faculty exchange program could be an excellent step for information and resource sharing.
