LSET will be facilitating the matching of mentors and mentees based on our departments and the requirements of mentees. The LSET will be providing space for mentoring.

The LSET Mentorship Program

The LSET mentorship program has been developed to provide a platform for the exchange of professional expertise, knowledge, insights, skills, and experiences via collaborative learning and mentorship. We have structured this program with relationship-building tools for developing and accomplishing planned career goals.

Induction to Mentoring

The new LSET students have to attend the one-to-one induction mentorship session to discuss the best career path and receive the best advice for their studies. These mentors also perform assessments to determine the best options for the students.

Career Mentoring

LSET provides its students with a space for resume review, presentation preparation, small-scale networking, and online job profile building. Our mentors will be answering questions and facilitating both academic and career advice. In the rmesume review process, they will be helping the students to format resumes in an individualised manner.
