A feature from Windows 11 will be added to Windows 10.
Microsoft is preparing to introduce new features to Windows 10, some of which could be from Windows 11. Although this could benefit the company as users might find these features useful and upgrade to Windows 11, they would make things easier for Windows 10 users. Windows 10 is reportedly going to include a print lock feature, which asks the user for a pin whenever they access a printer. Microsoft could be bringing new features to Windows 10 users with this update, despite the fact that it might not seem like a big update at first.
Windows 11 has not penetrated well among users since its release. The majority of Windows users use Windows 10, according to a report released by Lawsweeper, an IT management company. Microsoft has also announced that Windows 10 will be around until 2025. Therefore, some new features should be released for Windows 10.
According to David Weston, Vice President, OS Security and Enterprise at Microsoft, Windows 11 Privacy Auditing allows users to see sensitive device information like microphone, camera, and location history. The feature can be seen in action in an image shared by Weston. The application name is displayed on the left, along with other important information such as the date and time.
