Segment	Description
Intro + Theme Reveal	Host introduces the week’s tech theme and the startup challenge owner.
Trailblazer Teams Formed	3 teams of LSET students are created, each guided by a mentor.
60-Minute Innovation Sprint	Teams brainstorm, whiteboard, code, and build live in a fast-paced sprint.
Pitch Time	Each team presents a 5-minute pitch to the startup judges.
