Description – 

We are looking for passionate and communicative individuals as Academic Counselors. The ideal individual should have good communication skills with relevant experience as a counselor.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a friendly face and guide for interested students/participants. Any prior experience as an academic advisor is appropriate.
  • Product expert: Gain in-depth knowledge of our online learning platform and educational resources. Confidently explain the benefits and features to interested students/participants
  • Drive sales and enrollments: Actively promote our online learning platform and educational resources
  • As an academic advisor, you will be recording videos to help students/participants understand our offerings.

Academic Coordinator

Description – We are looking for a smart Academic coordinator to handle our academic-related tasks. An academic coordinator is accountable for managing the academic tasks of the institute. They commonly manage scheduling, course planning and curriculum development for the smooth functioning of academic operations.

      Responsibility:

  • Facilitating faculty workshops, webinars, seminars, meetings, and other learning events for students/Participants
  • Coordinating student activities such as alumni events, formal fests and student performances
  • Reviewing course curriculums to ensure that they are aligned with department objectives
  • Coordinating with faculty members to ensure adequate staffing and materials are in place for classes.

Requirements:

  • · Master’s degree in Counseling, or related field.
  • · 2-3 years of experience working for academic advising, or student servicing
  • · Excellent skills in organising work and tasks
