LSET Work-Integrated Learning (LWIL) Program

Where Education Meets Real-World Experience

At the London School of Emerging Technology (LSET), we recognize that true learning occurs when theory is applied in real-world settings. That’s why we created the LSET Work-Integrated Learning (LWIL) Program, a unique 6-month initiative that blends expert-led education with meaningful industry experience.

Whether you’re launching a tech career, transitioning into a new industry, or seeking UK-based work experience as an international student, the WIL Program is designed to help you learn, work, and grow all at the same time.

To make this opportunity accessible for international participants, the program is supported under the Temporary Work Government Authorised Exchange (GAE) visa. This UK visa route allows individuals to enter the country for short-term work experience, training, or research through an approved exchange scheme. It’s a legal, structured pathway to gain valuable UK experience without requiring long-term immigration status.

LSET supports the GAE visa process through our official partner organisations, who act as licensed sponsors. This means full end-to-end visa assistance is available – from documentation to application guidance — ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for eligible students.

By joining the WIL Program under the GAE visa, you’ll gain high-quality education, build your portfolio through live projects, and immerse yourself in the UK professional environment – significantly boosting your global career prospects.
