Little Coders of the world: Not old enough to participate in adult coding contests? Want to show everyone that being a minor doesn’t mean you can’t code properly?
LSET’s Little Coders of the World is for you. An Under-18 coding competition for the little guys to type and shine.
Coding is a language. Language teaches children the way to communicate. Language also strengthens both verbal and written skills. Children should be exposed to different languages at an early age. It helps them to grasp the globe around them better. Coding includes a language all its own. Every letter within the Alphabet features a special formula of 0’s and 1’s that represent it. These 0’s and 1’s give the technology around us directions on a way to perform. What better way for our kids to grasp why and the way the technology around them operates than by learning to code and talking to the technology around them.
