LSET offers an optional add-on industry training program to its students. Students wishing to enroll in this program require to pay fee of £2000 to receive training from industry experts at IT companies in the US or UK. This is a month-long program which takes place at the host company’s location. Interested students need to go through an assessment and host company’s interview process to be accepted in the program.
The Level 5 Diploma in Business Management is designed to improve learners understanding of management within the context of general business operations. This qualification will provide learners with a theoretical understanding of management concepts as well as an overview of general business. Students will be prepared for employment with junior management prospects in general business or for continued professional or academic studies in a related field.

This qualification focuses on people management, project management, marketing, finance for managers, business law, business ethics, and social responsibility.
The qualification is suitable for those who have started or plan to enter a career in the private or public sector. As a result of completing the Level 5 Diploma in Business Management qualification, learners will be able to move on to further study or employment.
The Qualification addresses complex and challenging organisational issues and opportunities. The units are closely connected to current day workplace challenges and the Qualification will test and develop the student’s workplace skills and experience. This qualification will require learners to make judgments and provide creative and practical solutions in response to organisational challenges and problems. If a potential student’s first language is not English, they must also reach the English Language requirements of either:
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) minimum score of 5.5. Alternatively, take the free NCC Education Higher English Placement Test.
